“Craftsmen at work: when eyewear merges with jewelry"
On the occasion of Vicenzaoro, the international exhibition dedicated to goldsmithing, jewelry, and watchmaking, and VIOFF 2025, its off-site event, Punto Ottico Humaneyes presents “Craftsmen at work: when eyewear merges with jewelry”, a program of events hosted at the store in Contrà Santa Barbara 25 in Vicenza.

Cleto Munari: gold and its forms.
An exhibition of the Master’s works highlights the essential role of skilled craftsmanship in bringing his exuberant ideas to life. On display: 14-karat solid gold jewelry glasses, a natural continuation of Cleto Munari’s artistic exploration in the field of avant-garde jewelry.

Vicenza, city of gold.
It is in this region that Cleto Munari finds the vibrant environment he needs to develop his unique eyewear collection: specifically in Vicenza, a city renowned for its great goldsmithing tradition, a prolific area where techniques and knowledge of craftsmanship have been handed down for generations.
“Precious becomes very precious only if accompanied by a ‘happy’ creativity.” Cleto Munari

Artisan at work: handmade eyewear.
Handmade eyewear embodies the excellence of Italian craftsmanship. Punto Ottico Humaneyes will host craftsman Luca Feltrin for a live demonstration of the craft techniques preserved at Atelier Jacques Durand. Expert hands shape the raw materials into timeless objects.

Tailor Made: a bespoke process.
Punto Ottico Humaneyes presents the “Tailor Made” project for the creation of unique, tailor-made pieces. This sartorial process merges the goldsmithing heritage of Vicenza with artisanal expertise of Atelier Jacques Durand: a tribute to the enduring beauty of authentic craftsmanship.
